WELCOME TO
DISCIPLESHIP CHURCH

"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Matthew 28:19-20

Statement of Faith

We believe that there is a sovereign triune nature to God: God the Father, God the Son, Jesus Christ, and God the Holy Spirit. We, as a church, believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit along with the symbolic obedience of the baptism of water. We, as a community of believers, accept firmly that the Holy Bible is the expression of God to us and will be sovereign in all our teachings and guidance in all aspects of the church and its members. We accept and encourage using the gifts of the Holy Spirit in all gatherings and in our personal relationships with God.

We, as a community, will continually practise communion, prayer, fasting, and seeking the supernatural power of God in our lives, as well as at a corporate level. We believe in the importance of giving to the needy, offering our time and resources to those in need. We believe and practise the teaching of tithing a portion of our income for the different avenues of expressing the kingdom of God on this earth.

As a church, we believe there is nothing more important than seeking God together and learning and teaching one another about the Bible. Additionally, we firmly acknowledge that it is a mandate for all believers to partner with God to bring this good news to the ends of the world.
